LQZ high voltage squirrel cage motor starting control cabinet

1.1 Purpose

This product is suitable for AC 50HZ, voltage 6KV or 10KV, 1050KW capacity of not more than three-phase asynchronous squirrel-cage induction motor start-stop control single irreversible .

The product performance meets the GB11022-89 " high-voltage switchgear general technical conditions" , the relevant provisions of GB3906-91 "3-35KV AC metal -enclosed switchgear equipment" and other standards.

1.2 products can work reliably under the following conditions :

1.2.1 Maximum ambient air temperature does not exceed +40 ℃, the minimum of not less than -5 ℃.

1.2.2 The maximum temperature of around 24 hours the average temperature does not exceed 35 ℃.

1.2.3 installation site altitude does not exceed 1000m.

1.2.4 The monthly average air humidity less than 90% ( average temperature of +25 ℃).

1.2.5 without blasting dangerous medium, the medium does not enough to corrode metal and gas and conductive dust damage the insulation .

1.2.6 No severe vibration or vertical gradient of not more than 5 ℃ place.

2 Product Structure

2.1 Control cabinet welded angle iron and sheet metal bending from the rear side is open ( according to user requirements can be added back door ) , either alone or arrange installation , the cabinet has a high-voltage electrical equipment room, a low-pressure chamber components , instrumentation signal room front door is equipped with instruments and lights , etc., equipped with the power switch and starting secondary circuit low voltage components on the lower part of the chamber door , the stop button on the right side door with a vacuum interrupter ( contacts ) observation hole , compact the entire structure , reasonable ( Figure 1 ) .

3 starting performance

3.1 Main elements starter reactors DK, for large AC motor voltage starting . Start-up, reactor in series with the motor , the starting end of the reactor is short-circuited , the motor directly connected to the grid . Starting reactor continuous working time should not exceed two minutes and can not be shorted reactor during start-up time , 3HL lamp is not lit, the reactor continuous working time of two minutes , then you must press the stop button on TA, so 1KM, 2KM off avoid prolonged DK reactor connected to the circuit due to overheating and burn.

3.2 Short-circuit and overload protection : by the second current transformer secondary current difference in the two-phase wiring , used for streaming relay GL-12/10 inverse time protection , a separate thermal overload relay for RJ and lack of protection .

4 operation and use

After 4.1 product installation is complete, before use by electrical schematics ( see Figure 2 ) review the wiring is correct.

4.2 is correct , then check the actual capacity of the motor control are consistent with the provisions of Table 3 by setting a good current relay LJ 's current value.
